Detention of Pregnant Women

I am a 22 year-old woman from DRC. I arrived in London just one month ago and immediately applied for asylum. Further, I am three-months pregnant. Can the Home Office legally detain me?

‹ I've been waiting 10 years for a decision on my status as an asylum seeker, what can I do? Do you know where I can get free legal advice? ›
