I suggest that you refer to the UK Border Agency (UKBA) website regarding your status as a failed asylum seeker: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/asylum/ The UKBA website also gives advice on getting married in the UK. As neither you or your partner is a British citizen you would need to obtain a certificate of approval: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/while-in-uk/marriageandcivilpartnership/ There is no legal right to marriage in the UK and therefore the government will not offer you support in order for you to get married. Furthermore, marriage is not used as a reason for deportation. I do, however, suggest that you obtain legal advice on both your status as a failed asylum seeker and your wish to get married. Legal assistance and advice to asylum seekers is provided through private solicitors or through specialised agencies: Refugee and Migrant Justice (http://www.refugee-legal-centre.org.uk/) and the Immigration Advisory Service (http://www.iasuk.org/home.aspx) - who can provide their services free of charge under the Legal Aid scheme. For information about other law firms in your area who are able to provide asylum and immigration advice under the Legal Aid scheme, then please call Community Legal Service Direct on 0845 345 4 345 or view their website (http://www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk/index.jsp). I hope that this is of some assistance to you.
