I suppose the most important thing to remember is that you don't want an answer from the Home Office....you want a positive answer. Get advice from someone who is qualified to provide the type of help you need - speak to an adviser who is qualified to provide specialist legal help on UK immigration and asylum cases. Their advice may help you to make an informed decision about what to do next. A legal adviser should, for example, advise you on what might be relevant to the decision makers at this point in time, possible outcomes of your case, and possible next steps. The following organisations provide specialist legal help on immigration/asylum matters - they may run a service in your local area. Contact details for these organisations, and contact details for other providers of specialist legal help on UK immigration and asylum cases, can be obtained from the Community Legal Services Directory telephone 0845 345 4 345, website www.communitylegaladvice.org.uk/en/directory/directorysearch.jsp Good luck!
