I've been waiting 10 years for a decision on my status as an asylum seeker, what can I do?

Hi, I need your help. I've been in the UK now for 10 years and I'm still waiting for a decision. The government doesn't seem to be doing anything - I haven't been refused, I'm just waiting. What can I do? What is the solution? Please help!
