What facilities should NASS include with the accommodation?
I am currently living in NASS accommodation with four other women. Can you tell me what kitchen appliances NASS should provide us with? We don't have a washing machine, and because I'm on vouchers, I can't go to a laundrette. Is there any way I can challenge this?

Anonymous — Mon, 07/27/2009 - 23:48I have come across this problem before with a NASS household of four women. It looks like any "extra item" has to be requested from the Home Office, however try your local NASS office first!

To request extra support like travel expenses and additional needs, you will need the "Provision of services and facilities application form".
