A Bolivian family has won a £100,000 settlement from the Home Office after being falsely imprisoned at Oakington Detention Centre, The Guardian reported.
Selina Adda and her two children were granted judicial review of the decision to deport the family on Wednesday, 27th January, the day they were due to take a flight to Accra, Ghana.
